I LOVE the colors, your merchandising and everything else. Are those wonderful cutout white chandeliers (are they made out of wood?) going up your website, too? And the wreath on the mantel?

It’s the hap-happiest time of the year!

Hi Carrie, This will be my 2nd time to ever go on a blog, (the 1st time was before you left, & I was asking you about the yard sale). I’ve been reading your blog regularly, & love it. Its very relaxing for me, & its eye candy, & I love hearing about how you are exploring your new town & surroundings. Your home is beautiful, & your office seems so inspiring.
Your style of writing is very entertaining.
I miss your shop being there. I drive by all the time, & look & long for it to still be there.
My shop is very dead right now. It started out great, & so exciting back in March-May, then summer vacation came & it was quiet, which it historically is in the summer time. But then the economy started its downward spiral, & it has been really bad. I am so sad, because it has taken all the joy out of starting a new business. It looks nice in here though, I’ve really done alot of redecorating & freshening up & I love decorating for all the different holidays & seasons. Maybe you can let all your old friends & neighbors that you have contact with still that we are here alive & well & can accomodate every bedding style & type. Believe it or not, the waterbed line is our bread & butter. In one of your blogs, you mentioned how everything from the 80’s is coming back. Well, actually from the 70’s too. I want to find a way to help waterbeds make a comeback. They are the most comfortable, especially the new technology of the semi-waveless on up to the ultra waveless. If I ever get to go on a vacation, & if it is to the east coast, I would love to see North Carolina.
    Just wanted to say hi.
